A Triadic Relationship is one that as you may have guessed from my modest illustration contains three (3) people. The three people actually communicate in person. Yes, face2face. No Google, No Yahoo, No Baidu. No e-mail, No telephone, No Facebook, No Twitter.

The triad actively communicates with one another, as the arrows may or may not point out.
