Bricks Disappear Part 2 - MKE

A  second pile of bricks have gone missing in Milwaukee County for a second time. And yet again the Bay View Brick People are the prime suspects. The bricks were along side a garage near the alley of a Bay View home when they were taken. Was it theft? Was it something less sinister? The answer is B. What is B? The Brick People.
