Bay View Waste Cooperative?

Given the success and the "collective spirit" trending in Milwaukee's Urban Agricultural industry, I think it's time that local communities look at Urban Waste as a potentially fitting and complimentary addition to Milwaukee's grassroots network.

Just like Growing Power has lead the way in Urban Agriculture; providing meaningful work and healthy food to Milwaukee communities, the same "bottom up" concept could be applied to waste.

I am surprised that more cooperative arrangements are not in place. With a little"collective spirit", with a truck, insurance, and a little creativity the timing may be right to form a waste co-operative in Milwaukee. And I think Bay View is the perfect place.
